Giuffre has been trying to personally serve Prince Andrew with the lawsuit papers so that she can continue in her lawsuit in New York. However, Prince Andrew has been dodging service.

Alternative service granted by the court

The court granted Giuffre’s motion for alternative service, as she had tried everything to serve Prince Andrew but he was not making himself available. Despite this, Giuffre was able to personally serve the Prince at a private club in the UK.

What’s next for the lawsuit

It looks like Prince Andrew will be a part of this lawsuit and will have to face Giuffre in court.
