# Daily Life Living in Japan: Waking up at 6am in the Morning
## Preparing for a Coloscopy Examination
Today is the day before my coloscopy examination. I need to avoid meals that could make colon cleansing more difficult. Despite the cold weather, I have a lot to do, so I must get up and start my day.
## Managing Anxiety and Daily Tasks
Feeling anxious about the upcoming examination without sedation, I go about my daily tasks. I prepare glass designs for orders and head to the pharmacy to buy laundry detergent.
## Breakfast Choices and Grocery Shopping
For breakfast, I have yogurt and bananas with maple syrup. After a successful trip to the pharmacy, I purchase a specially designed meal for my gastroscopy test the next day.
## Trying out New Flavors and Organizing Supplies
I try out different flavors of snacks and organize my new stock. The room is small, so I have to rearrange and reduce the boxes.
## Preparing for Examination Day
I have a specially designed meal for the gastroscopy test, which I find surprisingly tasty. I finish preparing orders and have a hamburger patty stew for dinner.
## Examination Day and Recovery
On the examination day, I drink a prescribed medicine to clean my colon. Despite the discomfort, I find solace in the beautiful autumn trees on the way to the hospital.
## Post-Examination Activities
After surviving the coloscopy, I go grocery shopping to satisfy my hunger. I buy various food items and head home to cook a comforting meal.
## Enjoying Christmas Illuminations
I end the day by visiting Roppongi Midtown to see the Christmas illuminations, feeling grateful for the magical experience.
