## Kurogiri
The Warp Gate Villain Kurogiri is a High-End Nomu with the impressively capable teleportation Quirk Warp Gate. This Quirk was previously integral to the League of Villains operations and has even managed to turn the tide of an entire war on more than one occasion. Despite not often using more than one Quirk, Kurogiri actually has an artificial Quirk that uses the Quirk Cloud as its base, coming from the body of Shirakumo, the original wielder of Cloud.
## Spinner
Shuichi Iguchi, or Spinner, was once the weakest member of The League of Villains but is now an absolute beast! With his original Gecko Quirk, he was able to stick to walls and other smooth surfaces. In preparation for the final war, All For One gave him two additional quirks: Body Bulk and Scalemail. These new abilities made him a very intimidating opponent, but came with their own set of complications, making Spinner struggle to handle the burden of multiple quirks.
## Lady Nagant
Lady Nagant, or Kaina Tsutsumi, is a former Pro Hero turned villain with the Quirk Rifle, which allows her to protrude or retract a rifle-like appendage from her elbow. After escaping from Tartarus, Lady Nagant became a multiple-quirk user thanks to All for One, gaining the Air Walk Quirk that allows her to levitate and the Remote Detonation Quirk as a failsafe.
