This recipe is 100 years old, Grandma taught me. 🔥 If you have FLOUR and WATER, you can make easily

Ingredients:

– 3 tablespoons of Wheat Flour.

– 20 grams of Sugar (1 tablespoon).

– 10 grams of Dry Yeast (1 packet).

– Mix well.

– 100 ml of warm water (1/2 cup).

– Mix well.

– Cover with a cloth and let it rest for 20 minutes.

– The yeast has worked very well.

– 250 ml of warm water (1.25 cups).

– 500 grams of Wheat Flour (4.5 cups).

– 8 grams of salt (1 tablespoon).

– Mix all the ingredients well.

– Cover with a cloth or plastic wrap and let it rest for 20 minutes in a warm place.

– Wet your fingers while working the dough.

– Fold the dough inwards using your fingers and a spatula.

– Cover and let it rest for 20 minutes.

– Fold the dough inwards again using your fingers and a spatula.

– Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 20 minutes.

– Fold the dough inwards a third time.

– Cover and let it rest for 20 minutes.

Instructions:

– Fold the dough inwards one last time.

– Sprinkle Wheat Flour on the table.

– Place the dough on the table.

– Gently enlarge the dough with your fingers as shown.

– Divide into 9 pieces.

– Place them all on the baking sheet as shown.

– Cover and let it rest for 20 minutes.

– Preheat the oven to 180-190°C and bake for 30 minutes.

– Leave the baking sheet in the hot oven for 10 minutes after baking.
