# Makeup Tutorial for a Photoshoot

Hey loves, this is Mu N Shade, welcome back to my YouTube channel. In this video, I’m going to be sharing with you how I did my makeup for my recent photo shoots.

## Outfit and Preparation
I started off with this outfit from Forever 21, paired with white pants that I customized myself. I made a video on the customization process, which you can check out [here](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q9YopEDAUY8).

Before starting my makeup, I made sure to blow dry my hair to prep it for straightening. It’s important to ensure that your hair is protected from heat damage, especially for a photoshoot where your hair will be the center of attention.

## Skincare and Priming
After cleansing my face and showering, I moisturized using the ELF Beauty Shield to prep my skin for makeup. For outdoor photoshoots, it’s crucial to prime and moisturize your face to ensure that your makeup stays flawless under the camera’s scrutiny.

## Eyebrows and Eyeshadow
I used a mix of brown powder and black eyeshadow for my eyebrows, being careful to create a precise shape. For eyeshadow, I opted for warm, bright colors like orange and blue to make my eyes pop. Adding eyeliner and mascara completed the eye look.

## Foundation and Contour
I used the Kat Von D foundation in light 45 for a flawless base, followed by concealer to brighten my under-eye area. Contouring with a deep chestnut shade added dimension to my face and enhanced my features.

## Lips and Finishing Touches
For my lips, I lined them with a chocolate sparkly color and added lip gloss for a touch of shine. I kept the focus on my eyes and lips, ensuring a balanced and polished look for the photoshoot.

## Photoshoot and Final Thoughts
After completing my makeup, I was ready for the photoshoot, where I collaborated with the photographer to capture the perfect shots. I allowed the photographer to work his magic, while also incorporating my own ideas for the shoot.

Overall, the makeup process took about two hours, resulting in a stunning look that complemented the outdoor setting of the photoshoot. I can’t wait to see the final pictures and share them with you all!
